STEP 1
Sit in front of your mirror with your eyeliner pen, if you have unsteady hands rest your elbows on the table. Follow the upward curve of your eye with the pen eye liner. For a more dramatic winged eye-liner look, draw farther out and angle the liner more.
STEP 2
Now its time to create the winged effect at the outer corners! Start at the outer corner of the line that you have just drawn and work back toward your eye, moving the pen in short, light strokes.
STEP 3
As you get closer to the inner lash line, draw a thinner line. You want the effect of the eyeliner to be thin to thick from the inner corner of the eye to the outer, otherwise it looks messy.
STEP 4
Follow the natural shape of your eye again and connect the eyeliner to the inner corner of your eye. Fill in any missing spaces along the lash line. Repeat on your other eye and your done!
